Advanced Nanny Certification Course

The Kensington Nanny Certification prepares nannies for the realities of working in private family service at the highest level. The curriculum moves across the full scope of professional in-home childcare, from the developmental science that informs how children grow, to the advanced caregiving skills that shape daily life in the home, to the professionalism and communication that define a lasting career with a family. Nannies learn to support children through every stage of early development, design thoughtful routines, navigate behavior and emotional regulation, and respond to the small moments that shape a child's day. The curriculum also builds the skills that distinguish an exceptional nanny: clear communication with parents, discretion inside the home, and sound judgment in complex household dynamics. By the end of the program, a nanny is prepared to step into a placement with the confidence, skill, and professional presence that define the Kensington Standard.
